A DVD containing two new films by Christopher Nupen, about pianist and composer Daniil Trifonov: a portrait film “The Magics of Music” and a performance film of a recital in the elegant Teatro Accademico in Castelfranco Veneto, Italy.

Together they give an intimate portrait of the artist both on and off the stage.

The films have won three international prizes – Winner of the International Classical Music Awards – 2016 (VIDEO DOCUMENTARIES), Silver Medal at the New York Film and Television Festival and the Accolade Award.
